NIOS Class 12 & 10 Time Table 2025 Out – Exams from April 9 to May 19

 


The NIOS Date Sheet 2025 for both Class 10 (Secondary) and Class 12 (Senior Secondary) is officially released! The exams will be held from April 9 to May 19, 2025, in offline mode. Whether you're a student of the NIOS Secondary Course or the NIOS Senior Secondary Course, now is the time to plan your studies and stay ahead.

NIOS Time Table 2025 – Class 12 (Senior Secondary Course)

April 10, Thursday – Hindi (301)

The exam season begins with Hindi, scheduled for April 10. Students should revise grammar rules, literature chapters, and essay writing formats.


April 12, Saturday – English (302)

English comes up next on April 12. Focus on writing formats, reading comprehension, and poems or prose from your syllabus.


April 15, Tuesday – Mathematics (311)

On April 15, students will face Mathematics. Practice algebra, calculus, coordinate geometry, and statistics thoroughly. Use previous year papers for practice.


April 17, Thursday – Physics (312)

Science stream students will write their Physics exam on April 17. Make sure to cover all formulas, concepts, and diagram-based questions.


April 19, Saturday – Business Studies (319)

For commerce students, Business Studies is scheduled for April 19. Focus on business organization, marketing, and management principles.


April 22, Tuesday – Biology (314)

The Biology paper will be held on April 22. Revise diagrams, classification systems, and key chapters like genetics and reproduction.


April 24, Thursday – Political Science (317)

Political Science is scheduled for April 24. Make sure to understand the Indian Constitution, political theories, and contemporary world politics.


April 26, Saturday – History (315)

April 29, Tuesday – Accountancy (320)

Commerce students should note that Accountancy is on April 29. Practice journal entries, balance sheets, and financial statements.


May 3, Saturday – Economics (318)

Economics will be held on May 3. Focus on microeconomics and macroeconomics basics, diagrams, and numerical questions.


May 6, Tuesday – Home Science (321)

Home Science is scheduled for May 6. Prepare for topics like human development, family budgeting, and meal planning.


May 8, Thursday – Computer Science (330)

The Computer Science exam will be conducted on May 8. Focus on programming basics, operating systems, and database concepts.


May 12, Monday – Sociology (331)

May 14, Wednesday – Psychology (328)

May 19, Monday – Environmental Science (333)

 NIOS Time Table 2025 – Class 10

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has released the official Class 10 (Secondary Course) Time Table 2025. Exams will be conducted from April 9 to May 1, 2025, in the afternoon session (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). Here's a subject-wise breakdown of the schedule for students enrolled in the NIOS Secondary Course

April 9, Wednesday – Hindi (201)

The first paper for NIOS Class 10 students is Hindi, a core language subject, scheduled for April 9, 2025. Students should focus on grammar, writing formats, and unseen passages for this exam.

April 11, Friday – English (202)

Next up is English, which will take place on April 11. Practice reading comprehension, essay writing, and letter formats to do well in this subject.

April 14, Monday – Mathematics (211)

Mathematics will be held on April 14, giving students a weekend to prepare. Make sure to revise formulas, theorems, and previous year’s question papers.

April 16, Wednesday – Science and Technology (212)

On April 16, students will appear for Science and Technology. Focus on concepts from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology chapters, and don’t skip the diagrams!

April 18, Friday – Social Science (213)

Social Science, scheduled for April 18, includes History, Geography, Civics, and Economics. This subject requires thorough revision and understanding of key events and maps.

April 21, Monday – Business Studies (215)

For students who opted for commerce subjects, Business Studies is scheduled on April 21. Understand basic business concepts, types of businesses, and market structures.

April 23, Wednesday – Home Science (216)

Home Science will be conducted on April 23. Focus on nutrition, family health, home management, and textiles — key areas commonly asked in the paper.

April 25, Friday – Economics (214)

Students taking Economics will write their exam on April 25. Revise economic terms, demand and supply concepts, and basic financial understanding.

April 28, Monday – Painting (Theory) (225)

For art stream students, the Painting (Theory) paper is on April 28. Revise art forms, techniques, and historical art styles as per the NIOS syllabus.

May 1, Thursday – Data Entry Operations (229)

The final paper is Data Entry Operations, set for May 1. Go through practical file preparations, keyboard skills, and theory about data handling and MS Office tools.
